Who runs Creat8ve
Creat8ve is the personal freelance brand and portfolio of Ali Mansab, an individual offering branding, web design and creative services. Creat8ve is not a registered company.

Information we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide: your email, website or social-profile link, services requested, estimated budget, message and name if supplied. We use these details to reply, discuss your project and prepare proposals. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Netlify hosts this website and processes inquiry forms, including submission storage and spam checks. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and timestamps. Notifications and correspondence are handled in Gmail; forwarding creates copies in more than one inbox.
Where applicable, project inquiries are processed to take steps you request before entering a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence and keeping the website secure. Optional analytics relies on your consent. We may retain information where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
Cookies and your choices
The compact notice offers Accept, Reject and Preferences. Optional analytics starts only after you accept. You can read the website and send an inquiry without accepting analytics. Your choice is remembered across pages.

creat8ve_consentcookie records your choice, time, policy revision and a local consent ID for 182 days. This record is not sent to a separate consent-log service. - Theme:

_gaand_ga_*cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions after consent. Google's default cookie lifetime is up to two years; browser limits or account settings can shorten it.
On our production website, optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits and successful inquiries. It may process usage, device and network information. Our inquiry event sends a fixed form identifier, never your name, email, message, submitted website link, budget or service choices. Our integration disables Google signals and advertising personalization. Temporary Netlify and local preview addresses do not run this tracking.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops our analytics handler and removes readable Google Analytics cookies. If tracking has already started, the page reloads to unload it; save unfinished messages first. Withdrawal does not erase information already processed. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser.
Service providers and international processing
We use Netlify for hosting and forms, and Google for Gmail and optional Analytics. These providers, and the freelancer operating Creat8ve, may process information outside your country. We do not promise that information stays in a particular country. See Netlify's privacy information and Google's privacy information for their practices.
The consent tool, fonts and website artwork are self-hosted. Social links take you to external services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for advertising audiences.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful inquiries and related correspondence are normally kept for 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or unresolved dispute. Review and deletion are manual, not automatic. This covers Netlify submissions and the related Gmail copies. Project, contract and accounting records may need a different period based on the work and applicable obligations.
Analytics cookies have the lifetimes above. Event-level analytics records follow the retention settings of our existing Google Analytics property; aggregated traffic reports may remain longer. Backup and provider recovery copies may remain until their applicable backup or recovery cycle ends.
Your privacy requests
Email creat8ve.com@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask how we use your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal obligations before acting.
An email deletion request is separate from analytics consent and does not replace consent required before tracking. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. We will update this policy when our practices change and request a fresh consent choice when necessary.
